IMPORTANT ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS
There are several forms, CIPP enrollment and dues that must be submitted in order
to play rugby for our team. If you have any questions regarding these forms
or need help printing them out, please contact a coach.
CIPP Enrollment must be completed before you come to practice.
All forms, completed legibly and with correct signatures, should be brought to your
first practice.
All dues are due by the first match - if you wish to create a payment plan, no problem
- just talk to your coach.

USA RUGBY CIPP ENROLLMENT - go to www.usarugby.org to enroll.
You must CIPP enroll to play rugby in the USA, you cannot play without this enrollment. It will cost $13.33. If you do not wish to pay online with a credit card or do not have access to a computer, bring the $13.33 to one of the coaches and he/she will enroll you. Complete instructions below.
DUES
$40 - Checks made payable to ‘Henderson Rugby Club’, cash or via PayPal (link below). Dues along
with fundraisers help to pay for club expenses. Since we are a club team and
receive no funding from the school, we must cover all items ourselves. This
money goes towards items such as referees, athletic trainers, field fees (permits, grass cutting, lining
etc), equipment, team jerseys, club dues/membership to the EPRU and USA rugby etc.
Pay dues now with a credit or debit card using PayPal - note a small additonal processing free of $1.50 will be added to this transaction.

USA RUGBY CIPP ENROLLMENT - go to www.usarugby.org to enroll.
This will cost $13.33 payable by credit card to USA RUGBY.
Here are step-by-step instructions on how to enroll in CIPP. Everyone should do this as soon as possible, but definitely before his or her first practice!!
1. Go to the USA Rugby website www.usarugby.org
2. On the left hand side of the homepage, click on the menu item for "Membership" then "Register or Login"
3. On the right hand panel, click on the link "Individuals and Clubs, Register Here!"
4. At the top of the next page, click on the link to 'Create / Renew Individual Membership'
5. Enter your Name, Gender and Date of Birth information, then select whether you've been part of USA Rugby (i.e. played last year) or whether you're new.
6. On the following page, you'll see the 'MEDICAL INSURANCE AGREEMENT AND USA RUGBY RULES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT', you must indicate you've read/understood this and that you've printed the document in order to accept the waiver. This page must be printed and then signed by you and a parent/guardian and turned into the coaches(link to form is listed above under FORMS if you want to print it later).
7. Enter your personal information. Click 'Continue'.
8. You will now be on the club affiliation page. Indicate that you're a 'Player' of 'HS(U19)'and that you play for either Henderson Rugby Football Club (boys) or Henderson Girls Rugby Football Club (girls). Add this role. The proceed to checkout. The amount should be $ 13.33.
9. You will need a credit card to complete the order.
10. If you do not wish to use a credit card online or you do not have web access, bring your USA Rugby CIPP fee ($13.33) to one of the coaches and we'll enroll you.
11. Once you've completed all the steps (and made payment), the next business day you should be able to go to USA Rugby and see your name listed as a member of our club (either the boys' or girls' team).
12. To see the USA Rugby roster, go to their website, select "Membership" then "Club Rosters" search for our clubs: Henderson Rugby Football Club or Henderson Girls Rugby Football Club.
13. We need 15 players to CIPP enroll before our club has valid liability insurance. We cannot practice without this, so please do this step of the sign up process as soon as possible (before practice starts!)
